This has been one of the best decisions I have ever made. I was skittish in the beginning because I managed my own properties and did not want to lose any profits. Chaim and his team are great. I no longer have to deal with the day to day activities that took so much time. I am so confident in their ability to execute that I am able to find more properties to buy now. I make more money now with having them manage my property because my time is better spent than dealing with the day to day or tenants. They are always available and communicate great.
